Our two-bedroom apartments are the ideal solution for 4–6 people. With a surface area of 55 sqm, they offer spacious and functional interiors, designed to ensure comfort and practicality in a welcoming environment. All the solutions have a terrace or private garden, some with a lake view, others with a mountain view, furnished with outdoor furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

The bright and well-organised interiors include a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle, as well as a living room with a sofa bed for two people. The apartments are completed by a double bedroom, a second bedroom with bunk beds or a pull-out bed, and a bathroom with shower. They also offer a balcony or terrace with lake view, furnished with outdoor furniture, free Wi-Fi, TV, and hairdryer, ensuring a stay focused on comfort and convenience.

Terms

Additional costs to be paid are: final cleaning, bathroom linen, heating, parking space in the garage, and tourist tax.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 3:00 p.m.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the full price will still be charged.
During high season, arrival and departure days are Saturday and Wednesday; midweek arrivals or departures are possible in low and mid season.
Small pets are allowed upon request.
Reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. We offer travel cancellation insurance, in cooperation with Allianz, for our guests in case of cancellation.

Wonderful days of vacation

Once again, we spent a wonderful vacation at Residence La Berna. It's a family-run complex, not too large, with staff who are always helpful and friendly (but not intrusive). From there, you can embark on fantastic hikes and then cool off in the always clean pool. The poolside bar, with its reasonable prices and modern atmosphere, is highly recommended.
