We are located in Tremosine, just a few minutes’ drive from Lake Garda. Our residence is a welcoming property with 34 apartments, surrounded by greenery and designed to offer a holiday focused on comfort, freedom, and well-being. The apartments, modern and functional, are set within spacious outdoor areas and offer a relaxing atmosphere, ideal for families, couples, and lovers of active holidays.

The heart of the residence is the large swimming pool with whirlpool area, complemented by a well-kept green park, spaces dedicated to children, a barbecue area, and services designed for a carefree holiday. A place where you can feel at home, surrounded by nature, relaxation, and views of Lake Garda, where each day can be enjoyed at your own pace.

The residence is run with passion by the Pedercini family, who welcome every guest with a simple, genuine, and attentive style, marked by availability, listening, and attention to detail. Here, hospitality is born from the desire to make everyone feel at ease, in a serene and family-friendly environment.

Annalisa and her trusted team are the heart of the residence’s hospitality: always present and welcoming, they are a point of reference for guests not only during their stay, but also in organising trekking tours, excursions, and outdoor activities, as well as offering valuable advice to discover the area of Tremosine and Lake Garda.

Sustainable hospitality

A concrete commitment to a more mindful holiday, in harmony with the nature that surrounds us.

We believe in a way of offering hospitality that respects the area and the people who live in it. Our property uses photovoltaic panels to produce energy and promotes proper waste separation, contributing every day to the protection of the surrounding environment. Completing this commitment, two charging stations for electric vehicles are available, offering guests a more sustainable holiday that responds to new mobility needs.

A journey shaped by responsible choices and daily care, growing over time with the aim of making every stay increasingly sustainable, without compromising on comfort and the quality of the experience.

Our family spent 10 days here and was absolutely thrilled. Everyone here is incredibly lovely! Especially the owner!!! The pool area is well-maintained and clean. The apartments are clean. The resort itself is also very tidy and clean. There are good restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.

Wonderful days of vacation

Once again, we spent a wonderful vacation at Residence La Berna. It's a family-run complex, not too large, with staff who are always helpful and friendly (but not intrusive). From there, you can embark on fantastic hikes and then cool off in the always clean pool. The poolside bar, with its reasonable prices and modern atmosphere, is highly recommended.
